Q. I love your website and all your work, I would love to meet you can I come in for a consultation?
A. While we would love to meet all our clients, our workroom is setup for work, not meetings, and our weekends are busy with wedding flower creating, delivering and setting up. Therefore face to face consultations are not on offer, we would love to chat with you of course, and can do this via phone or email.
Q. Since you are fully online, how do I know you are not some suss take my money dodgy company?
A. Fair question! We have been in operation since 2010, and are fully registered and insured. Our workroom is located at 516 Wilberforce Rd Wilberforce NSW 2756. While this is not open to the public, this is where myself and my staff work. Take a moment to look at our many reviews on Facebook, and on our Bridal Gallery page our comments left by past brides (best viewed on a laptop/tablet).
Q. The flowers I want are not like any of your packages, can you still do them?
A. Yes, if you have some inspiration pictures, email them to us, as well as all the other wedding details (date, number of items needed, delivery suburb etc..) and we are happy to custom create a package for you.
Q. If I book with you, do I get a sample bouquet?
A. No, this is not a service we offer.
Q. Will I be your only booking for the day?
A. As we specialise in smaller scale weddings we will take up to 3-4 weddings per weekend. So most weekends we will have a few weddings on the same day, but if your wedding is very large and you book early, your wedding may be the only booking we accept that day.
Q. All your packages are Bride/Groom, do you cater for same sex weddings?
A. Yes we are more than happy to create wedding flowers for all engaged couples. email us at info@lovelybridalblooms.com.au with a list of items you need including wedding date, delivery suburb etc. and we will personalise a quote for you ASAP
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to all Sydney metro areas. We also do 1 run daily to lower central coast, Wollongong, Southern Highalnds and Katoomba /Blue Mountains.
Q. But I'm getting married in the Hunter Valley/ Berry/ Newcastle/ Bathurst/Canberra.
Will you deliver to me?
Q.Yes we can! Orders to these areas have a minimum spend of $4500 plus delivery costs, which start from $450 and depend on location. Contact us directly via email for a quote.
Q. What is your minimum order?
A. For personal flowers, our Simply Stunning package ($299) is our minimum order with a workroom pickup.
$500 minimum order plus delivery for Sydney metro (this also applies to venue deliveries and instillation, $500 minimum per venue)
$750 plus delivery is our minimum order for Wollongong
$2000 minimum order (this includes delivery costs) for Central coast/Southern Highlands
$4500 plus delivery for Canberra/Hunter Valley/Newcastle
Q. Can I order reception flowers without ordering bouquets etc..
A. Yes if the date is available, but our minimum spend when no personal items are ordered is $1000 plus instillation and delivery costs
