Q. I love your website and all your work, I would love to meet you can I come in for a consultation?

A. All of our booked clients have the option of organizing their flowers all online, or coming into our Wilberforce studio for a consultation. The first step is a free personalised quotation organised via our website. After booking you are welcome to book a time to come in to the studio to chat more about your wedding flowers.


Q. The flowers I want are not like any of your packages, can you still do them?

A. Yes, fill in our quotation form and attach your inspiration pictures,


Q. How much is the booking fee?

A. We have a flat $500 booking fee, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.


Q. If I book with you, do I get a sample bouquet?

A. No, this is not a service we offer.


Q. Will I be your only booking for the day?

A. As we specialise in smaller scale weddings we will take up to 3-4 weddings per weekend. So most weekends we will have 1 or 2 weddings on the same day, but if your wedding is large, your wedding may be the only booking we accept that weekend.


Q. Can you provide styling/linens/prop hire?

A. I focus on flowers, because that’s what I love and what I’m best at! We have a few hire items such as arches, frames, centrepiece stands to showcase our gorgeous florals, but we don’t have hire items like chairs, linens etc. We are of course happy to work with other companies that provide these items to ensure a seemless perfectly matching day for you.


Q. Many of your packages are Bride/Groom, do you cater for same sex weddings?

A. Yes we are more than happy to create wedding flowers for all engaged couples. See our Elizabeth and Brittney packages on our bouquet packages page which have been custom created for our same sex clients. If these packages don’t suit, let us know and we can custom create a package for you.


Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver to all Sydney metro areas (this includes the lower Blue Mountains). We also do 1 run daily to lower central coast, Bathurst, Lithgow, Wollongong, Southern Highlands and Kiama.


Q. But I'm getting married in the Hunter Valley/ Berry/ Newcastle/Canberra. Will you deliver to me?

  1. Yes we can! Orders to these areas have a minimum spend of $5000 plus delivery costs, which start from $450 and depend on location. Contact us directly via email for a quote.


Q. What is your minimum order?

A. Our minimum orders are as follows. 

 $1000 for bouquet package only with Sydney Metro delivery. - if adding in a ceremony or reception package to a bouquet package, the minimum spend on bouquet package reduces to $299 plus delivery

 Adding a ceremony package is $650 minimum spend, plus delivery and installation.

Adding a reception package is $850 minimum spend plus delivery and installation.  

 $2000 for reception/ceremony decorations only (i.e no bouquet package in your order) plus delivery and instillation fees in Sydney metro area.  Our classification of Sydney Metro is all of Greater Sydney including Hawkesbury region to Wisemans Ferry, Berowra, Blue Mountains to Katoomba/Mount Tomah, and down to Campbelltown/Engadine.

 $3500 plus delivery and instillation fees for all out of Sydney areas which are any areas out of the above-mentioned Sydney region to Wollongong/Kiama/Southern Highlands/Lithgow/Bathurst/Central Coast orders. 

 $5000 plus delivery and instillation fees for Canberra/Hunter Valley/Newcastle .

Minimum orders are increased for event weeks (Mother's Day/Valentines Day) There is an event surcharge for these weekends for some orders that want in demand flowers, package bundle discounts do not apply to event weeks.


Q. Can I order reception flowers without ordering bouquets etc..

A. Yes if the date is available, but our minimum spend when no personal items are ordered is $2000 plus instillation and delivery costs (Sydney Metro areas only)


Q. Do you have any terms and conditions?

  1. Yes we do see here for our current terms and conditions. These are updated regularly and the most up to date version will be found on a current quotation.


Q. Do you operate 7 days a week?

A. We can create wedding flowers from Thursday- Sunday, with Monday-Wednesday our paperwork, ordering and preparation days.


Q. Are you open on Public Holidays?

A. We close from Christmas Eve to the middle of January each year. We also close over the Easter Weekend.
