A. While we would love to meet all our clients, our workroom is setup for work, not meetings, and our weekends are busy with wedding flower creating, delivering and setting up. Therefore face to face consultations are not on offer, we would love to chat with you of course, and can do this via phone or email.

Q. I love your website and all your work, I would love to meet you can I come in for a consultation?

A. Fair question! We have been in operation since 2010, and are fully registered and insured. Our workroom is located at 516 Wilberforce Rd Wilberforce NSW 2756. While this is not open to the public, this is where myself and my staff work. Take a moment to look at our many reviews on Facebook, and on our Bridal Gallery page our comments left by past brides (best viewed on a laptop/tablet).

Q. Since you are fully online, how do I know you are not some suss take my money dodgy company?

A. Yes, if you have some inspiration pictures, email them to us, as well as all the other wedding details (date, number of items needed, delivery suburb etc..) and we are happy to custom create a package for you.

Q. The flowers I want are not like any of your packages, can you still do them?

A. No, this is not a service we offer.

Q. If I book with you, do I get a sample bouquet?

A. We deliver to all Sydney metro areas. We also do 1 run daily to lower central coast, Wollongong, Bowral and Katoomba /Blue Mountains (although to these outer areas, ceremony and reception decorations are only available if we can access your venues by 12.00)

Q. Where do you deliver to?

Q. Unfortunately it is too cost prohibitive for us to deliver to these areas. We do offer pickup from our workroom from 6.00am the day of the wedding. Many brides will organise a family friend to came pick them up in the way to the wedding. Your wedding flowers can transport in a air conditioned car for up to 6 hours no problem.

Q. But I'm getting married in the Hunter Valley/ Berry/ Newcastle/ Bathurst/Canberra.

Will you deliver to me?

A. For personal flowers, our Simply Stunning package is our minimum order. If adding in ceremony or reception flowers and need them delivered and setup at your venue the minimum for each of these is $300 plus setup fees, if you need under the minimum spendfor ceremony and reception items(i.e just need a bridal table long and low, or perhaps a signing table arrangement) they can be delivered with bouquets for a friend or family member to setup, but our delivery and setup service would not be available. 

Q. What is your minimum order?

A. Yes if the date is available, but our minimum spend when no personal items are ordered is $750 plus setup and delivery costs
